This session we look at SB 458, use the ORS section of the web site to learn what the term “revenue sharing” means, analyze the bill it, discuss it (I discuss, you listen) fill in the OCL Form and look at a couple of minor changes to the form. I also gave you the proper way to save the form once it is filled in.
It is SB or HB or whatever the bill number a “-” then your initials making sure you save it as an RTF file. i.e. SB 458-FEY.rtf
If you make a revision to the same form, then put a “-” after your initials and start adding numbers 1,2,3 whatever it takes.
As bills make their way through the committee they will have amendments, we need to stay on top of amendments, member how drastically HB 2804 changed from introduced to -1.
