Oregon Citizen’s Lobby

The Oregon Citizens Lobby (OCL) seeks to empower citizens so that they can be more involved in their government, hold politicians accountable for their actions, and make their records public. OCL strives to improve transparency in government so that citizens can be more aware of what their government is doing.

OCL is a nonpartisan group that endorses 5 principles and grade all bills and lawmakers using those standards. By focusing on these principles OCL objectively grades bills based solely on the merits of the bill itself.
