Measure 102 – ALLOW LOCAL BONDS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Referred by Legislative action by bill HJR 201. Passage is a constitutional change allowing local bonds for financing affordable housing with nongovernmental entities. Requires voter approval and annual audits.

Measure 106 – STOP TAXPAYER FUNDING FOR ABORTION ACT OF 2018
Passage would be a constitutional change prohibiting the state from spending “public funds” for “abortion;” reduces abortion access.
