Measure 102 – ALLOW LOCAL BONDS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Referred by Legislative action by bill HJR 201. Passage is a constitutional change allowing local bonds for financing affordable housing with nongovernmental entities. Requires voter approval and annual audits.

Measure 103 – YES! KEEP OUR GROCERIES TAX-FREE

Passage is a constitutional change prohibiting taxes/fees based on transactions for “groceries”  enacted or amended after September 2017.

Measure 104 – A TAX IS A TAX AMENDMENT

Passage is a constitutional change expanding (beyond taxes) application of requirement that three-fifths legislative majority approve bills raising revenue.

Passage would be a statutory change repealing law limiting use of state/local law enforcement resources to enforce federal immigration laws.

Measure 106 – STOP TAXPAYER FUNDING FOR ABORTION ACT OF 2018

Passage would be a constitutional change prohibiting the state from spending  “public funds”  for “abortion;” reduces abortion access.
