Although not all volunteers will use all the aspects of this tool we all should be familiar with it to improve our quality of input to the database and realize how we contribute to its success.
It is also an important tool that will enable the voting public to understand how well our Senators, Representatives and Bills represent conservative values. To the public, it is user friendly needing very little computer skills to use.
